Certification Developer, HPE Aruba Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop certification content that prioritizes customer needs, incorporating concepts, examples, tasks, and practical activities related to HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking products.

• Organize, schedule, staff, and engage in the development of certification workshops at both written and expert levels.

• Maintain relationships with a network of subject matter experts.

• Clearly communicate the objectives, processes, and requirements of the certification program throughout the organization.

• Assess and recommend new certification examinations, specializations, and educational pathways.

• Create, review, and sustain certification exam blueprints.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to generate segments of exam content.

• Review, validate, consolidate, edit, and enhance exam items and practice assessments.

• Transform workshop outputs into operational exam environments and verify tasks and configurations.

• Design, construct, maintain, and validate master topologies in collaboration with lab engineering teams.

• Develop and manage exam forms and topology files for online distribution.

• Troubleshoot expert-level exam delivery environments during candidate assessments.

• Analyze feedback and suggest corrective measures and enhancements.

• Examine exam performance data and coordinate updates, preparation, validation, and publication of exams.

• Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders to create self-study bundles, lab materials, and courseware.

• Oversee the management of learning-content development and delivery projects.

• Provide guidance to candidates regarding learning paths, certification tracks, and exam selections.

• Articulate the content, objectives, and value of certification exams to stakeholders.

• Assist with candidate registration and certification operations during company events and testing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in producing technical content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field/networking certification, or equivalent experience.

• Capability to research complex technical concepts both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Practical experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.

• Preferred expertise in HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and technologies.

• Preferred possession of expert-level certifications in the networking industry.
