This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Participate in hands-on training that encompasses operational, care, and administrative roles.
• Observe department leaders and frontline personnel to grasp the daily dynamics of community life.
• Take initiative on live projects, contributing to significant enhancements within your host community.
• Review applicable state regulations and best practices related to senior living operations.
• Integrate leadership and interpersonal abilities with Pinnacle’s fundamental values and mission.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in any sector.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing high-performing teams.
• Capability to motivate, establish a vision, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Required to obtain any necessary state licensing during the CIT program (requirements vary by state).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or related field is a plus).
• Preferred experience in operations, financial management, or business development.
