This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assume comprehensive leadership of the organization across all domains and take full accountability for business outcomes.

• You will report directly to the shareholders and play a key role in defining the company’s strategic direction for the upcoming years.

• Your role involves strategically enhancing the online shop, performance marketing, and analytics while managing the business through well-defined KPIs.

• You will synchronize the product assortment (including fashion items) with seasonal trends, improve product development, and pinpoint new strategic business opportunities for the company.

• You will further cultivate the DACH region as a profitable core market and establish a foundation for future international expansion.

• You will nurture the current team and foster a performance-driven culture with clear objectives and an actionable annual plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• E-commerce experience – You have either founded or led an e-commerce company as a founder, managing director, or in a senior leadership position, ideally within the consumer sector.

• Data-driven leadership – You have overseen a business utilizing clear metrics and understand which factors in the online shop and performance marketing are truly impactful.

• Entrepreneurial spirit – You inspire the team, customers, and shareholders with your vision and maintain composure during challenging times.

• Fluent English – You communicate effectively and confidently with international partners.
