This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide support to various multifamily communities by managing resident records, collections, lease renewals, move-outs, and resolving account issues centrally.
• Review lease documents and implement any necessary changes.
• Ensure resident records and relevant documentation are maintained accurately.
• Confirm lease terms, charges, concessions, and amendments are valid.
• Assist with compliance audits, operational reporting, and reviews.
• Address lease, renewal, and account escalations via phone, email, and text communication.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and internal partners to resolve issues effectively.
• Record resident interactions and outcomes in the company’s systems.
• Track delinquent accounts and provide updates on payment statuses.
• Oversee payment plans, notices, evictions, and collection processes.
• Execute ledger adjustments, process subsidies, and handle third-party payments.
• Dispatch renewal offers, monitor responses, and manage follow-up actions.
• Process notices of vacate and aid in efforts to retain residents.
• Submit renewal increases to HAP providers for necessary approvals.
• Coordinate the administration of move-outs, including inspections, disputes, and documentation.
• Assess move-out charges, credits, refunds, and account balances.
• Ensure accuracy of systems across various platforms and workflows.
• Support compliance initiatives, process enhancements, AI communication updates, and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and business partners to maintain operational consistency, compliance, and a positive experience for residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Preferred 2–4 years of experience in property management, resident services, collections, leasing administration, or operations.
• Multifamily housing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with property operations systems, payment tools, and AI-supported platforms is advantageous.
• Capability to accurately review, validate, and maintain lease documents, amendments, concessions, notices, and resident records.
• Proficiency in understanding resident ledgers, charges, credits, subsidies, payment activities, and account histories.
• Knowledge of delinquency management processes, payment plans, collections workflows, and account follow-up procedures.
• Skills to manage renewal offers, resident responses, retention activities, notices, and approval processes effectively.
• Ability to coordinate move-out documentation, inspections, disputes, forwarding addresses, refunds, final charges, and account resolution efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across phone, email, and SMS.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation capabilities.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws, company policies, resident documentation standards, and compliance processes.
• Proficient in using property management systems, payment applications, AI-enabled platforms, and Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with onsite teams, legal partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Competence in managing high-volume workflows, balancing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and addressing service requests across multiple communities.
