This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Engage in a designated operations function and carry out daily tasks specific to that function.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist branches by reviewing and documenting various essential functions.
• Provide training to bank staff.
• Address inquiries regarding complex procedures, applications, and access.
• Support specific areas of retail operations and manage function-specific systems.
• Administer user access for relevant applications specific to functions.
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing and participate in real event tactical team activities.
• Engage in significant bank-wide problem-solving initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback and suggest improvements to support processes.
• Evaluate documented solutions and analyze trends to prevent recurring issues.
• Identify and implement enhancements to processes.
• Assist with the annual JHA SilverLake release, including updates, defect review, testing, training documentation, and support.
• Update BannerNet to facilitate problem resolution.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
• A high school diploma is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 0 to 2 years of clerical, banking, and/or client service experience with exposure to retail banking or operations is required.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure setting.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting methodologies and issue resolution techniques.
• Proficient in advanced features of Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Familiarity with federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to deposit accounts and bank operations.
