This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Accountable for the sales of Simple Western and Cellular Analysis instruments, along with associated systems and consumables within the designated territory.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for the product lineup to enhance sales and expand market share.
• Provide support to clients across the Boston/Cambridge area.
• Reach sales objectives through the application of consultative selling techniques.
• Sustain and expand business opportunities in both existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the entire Commercial Team to ensure a unified approach towards customers.
• Utilize SalesForce.com to oversee all active leads, clients, and opportunities.
• Deliver precise sales projections for instruments and reagents within the Immunoassay Product Lines.
• Ensure clients comprehend the value proposition and applications of all pertinent products.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a science-related field is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the Life Science tools sector.
• More than 2 years of experience selling in a related market and space.
• Experience in high-value capital equipment sales.
• Familiarity with standard scientific methodologies, techniques, reagents, and equipment pertinent to Bio-Techne’s product offerings.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Skillful in implementing value-based sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Ability to map key accounts effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
