This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical liaison throughout the sales process and provide guidance to prospects on the use of Cincom products during evaluations.
• Support the creation of proposals, responses to RFPs, and relevant technical documentation.
• Design, implement, and oversee evaluations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
• Demonstrate the economic benefits of Cincom products and services.
• Assist in sales negotiations by understanding client needs, technical specifications, and current infrastructure.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and web forms; assess interest and document outcomes in Cincom’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, professional services, development, and support teams.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations through video conferencing or in-person.
• Engage in trade shows, conferences, webinars, seminars, and customer events to promote solutions and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain product-focused video content and marketing materials.
• Stay informed about Cincom products, competitors, industry trends, and software development methodologies.
• Gather customer requirements and communicate feedback and market trends to product management and engineering.
• Take part in sales reviews, opportunity discussions, forecasting, pipeline assessments, and strategic planning.
• Ensure that customer interactions adhere to company policies, commercial governance, and strategic objectives.
• A minimum of 2 years of implementation experience with a product in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) sector.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or public sector markets.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, product management, or a comparable role within the software industry.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of document management practices, relevant software products, and software implementation methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern software architectures such as SaaS and microservices, along with associated technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting effective product demonstrations and POCs.
• Proven history of supporting successful sales cycles and meeting sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer meetings and industry events.
