CATI Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform telephone interviews utilizing a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system.

• Read survey questions verbatim and accurately record the responses from participants.

• Examine collected data for thoroughness and precision.

• Operate independently while contributing to the overall objectives of the team.

• Enhance skills through proactive engagement with feedback from team members and Team Leads.

• Conduct surveys assessing the quality of services offered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Clear pronunciation and fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent active listening abilities.

• Capability to interact positively with the public while maintaining neutrality and impartiality.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.

• Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.

• Must be able to meet standard phone productivity and data quality benchmarks.

• Only U.S. citizens and permanent residents will be considered for this position.

• Must have personal high-speed internet service.

• Preferred: 6+ months of experience in call center, customer service, or collections.

• Preferred: previous experience working with Medicare beneficiaries.

• Preferred: proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
