Catering Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for all catering inquiries across the restaurants in your district.

• Swiftly respond to incoming calls, emails, and online requests to assist guests with catering orders.

• Offer comprehensive information regarding our catering menu, pricing, and service options while exemplifying the Aloha spirit.

• Address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and upsell catering packages when suitable.

• Accurately process and confirm all catering orders, ensuring every detail is recorded correctly.

• Coordinate the fulfillment of orders and deliveries with your Mo' Bettahs location.

• Effectively communicate with your general manager and the team to guarantee timely preparation and delivery.

• Proactively follow up with customers to verify details, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction.

• Maintain a log of catering orders and monitor key performance indicators such as order volume, customer feedback, and repeat business.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership of each restaurant to enhance the catering process.

• Identify opportunities to boost efficiency and improve the guest experience.

• Assist in resolving any issues related to catering orders to ensure a positive resolution for the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Suite, email, and iPad.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
