Catering Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for all catering inquiries related to the restaurants in your area.

• Swiftly respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries to assist guests with their catering orders.

• Provide comprehensive information regarding our catering menu, pricing, and service options while exemplifying the Aloha spirit.

• Accurately process and confirm all catering orders, ensuring that all essential details are recorded correctly.

• Coordinate the fulfillment of orders and deliveries with your Mo’ Bettahs location.

• Effectively communicate with your general manager and the team to guarantee timely preparation and delivery.

• Proactively follow up with customers to confirm details, offer updates, and ensure their satisfaction.

• Maintain a log of catering orders and track key performance indicators such as order volume, customer feedback, and repeat business.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership of each restaurant to enhance the catering process.

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve the guest experience.

• Assist in resolving any issues related to catering orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite, email, and iPad.

• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
