This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Oversee the portfolio for Marketing Materials category, which includes items such as Flyers, Folded Leaflets, Postcards, Booklets, and Presentation Folders, ensuring a balance between long-term strategy, customer demands, and business performance.
β’ Develop and implement category roadmaps in collaboration with Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional business teams throughout European markets.
β’ Propel assortment evolution, product introductions, pricing enhancements, and quality advancements to elevate customer experiences and stimulate category growth.
β’ Work closely with Digital Product Managers, UX, Tech, and Site Merchandising teams to enhance self-service product flows and commerce experiences continuously.
β’ Utilize customer insights, competitive analysis, analytics, and KPIs to pinpoint growth opportunities and optimize category performance.
β’ Manage category forecasting activities within P&L and S&OP processes while overseeing key profitability and cash flow elements.
β’ Spearhead experimentation initiatives aimed at boosting conversion rates, Made-It-Rates, and customer acquisition through close collaboration with Pricing, Digital, and Marketing stakeholders.
β’ Partner with Design, Copy, 3D, Photography, and other creative teams to facilitate product development, launches, and continuous portfolio enhancements.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, or a comparable business role.
β’ Proven experience in managing product portfolios, business performance, or commercial initiatives with a focus on KPIs and/or P&L metrics.
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, or UX teams.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders within dynamic, matrixed organizations.
β’ Preferred experience in eCommerce, consumer products, manufacturing, print, or marketplace sectors.
β’ Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or initiatives focused on conversion optimization.
β’ Experience with forecasting, pricing strategies, or S&OP processes.
β’ MBA or another advanced degree in a business-related field.
β’ Experience working in international or multi-market settings.
