Category Manager – I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee the portfolio for wearables, fitness, personal care electronics, and health technology.

• Propel P&L performance through effective pricing, margin management, and strategic commercial decisions.

• Develop and implement category strategy.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with marketplace partners.

• Assess market and industry trends to guide data-informed decision-making.

• Collaborate across departments and leverage data to achieve success by optimizing product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in category management within retail, e-commerce, or marketplace settings.

• Proven track record in commercial and P&L management, with expertise in pricing and margin strategies.

• Capability to oversee both category strategy and vendor/account management.

• An analytical and market-focused approach, utilizing industry trends and performance metrics.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication, complemented by effective negotiation abilities.
