This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement long-term global category strategies that align with Agilent’s business goals and financial objectives.
• Establish category roadmaps for: HR Services and Legal Services.
• Promote standardization, supplier consolidation, and demand management across various regions.
• Utilize market intelligence and benchmarking to guide sourcing decisions.
• Oversee global and regional sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Negotiate intricate commercial models.
• Execute and oversee supplier governance, performance scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
• Reduce supplier and commercial risks through structured contracting and governance frameworks.
• Align procurement strategies with functional priorities and regional specifics.
• Achieve year-over-year cost reductions and value creation in line with sourcing objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of procurement/sourcing experience, with a strong emphasis on Indirect services.
• Proven experience in sourcing categories related to HR services/benefits and/or legal services.
• Demonstrated success in operating within a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong commercial acumen, along with expertise in negotiation and contract management.
• Capability to influence senior stakeholders and foster alignment across functions.
