This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of the category. You will be responsible for the performance of the gaming category, which involves monitoring key performance indicators, understanding the influencing factors, and making informed decisions rather than waiting for others to highlight issues.
• Enhance margin and fee optimization. Develop and sustain the fee and margin structure for the category. Conduct regular analyses to pinpoint optimization opportunities, build a compelling case, and implement changes in collaboration with finance and tech teams.
• Convert data into actionable insights. Evaluate conversion rates, GMV, margin, and attach rate data to identify trends, address issues proactively, and suggest tangible improvements. You are proficient with spreadsheets and dashboards and can effectively communicate insights through data storytelling.
• Oversee the supplier and partner portfolio. Onboard new products, renegotiate commercial agreements, and ensure the completeness of the catalogue. You will cultivate and sustain relationships with suppliers and hold partners accountable for their performance.
• Manage cross-functional projects. Champion initiatives that involve multiple teams — such as fee structure rollouts, new product integrations, and enhancements to category pages. You excel at driving results without having direct authority.
• Establish the reporting framework. Define key performance indicators, create reporting infrastructure, and ensure visibility that keeps stakeholders informed about the health of the category.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in category management, commercial management, or a related field — preferably in e-commerce or a marketplace environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities: you can manage a P&L, model a fee structure, and extract insights from complex data sets.
• Commercial acumen — you think strategically regarding margin, growth, and competitive positioning.
• Proven experience in managing external partners or suppliers.
• Confidence in running cross-functional projects and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Knowledge of the gaming or digital goods market is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
• Opportunity to participate in our Employee Stock Options program.
• Chance to contribute to the scaling of a unique product.
• Multiple bonus systems: performance-based, referral bonuses, additional paid leave, and a personal learning budget.
• Paid volunteering opportunities.
• Flexible work location: choose between office, remote, or a combination that allows for travel.
• Rapid personal and professional growth supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
