• Meet sales objectives for designated accounts or regions
• Market and sell Alcon products through a variety of sales initiatives
• Cultivate relationships with influential opinion leaders and high-volume users
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Implement a sales strategy and plan
• Regularly visit clients and offer necessary support
• Engage in and facilitate events and meetings to inform customers about products, services, and pricing
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive customer database
• Perform competitive market analysis to uphold Alcon's product market share and respond to competitive pressures
• Deliver timely reports and ensure precise documentation of sales efforts and customer engagements as per company requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly relevant experience (or high school +10 yrs; Associate's +6 yrs; Master's)
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
• 2 years of demonstrated experience
