This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the daily management of our client's online product catalogue, which includes product uploads, catalogue upkeep, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams to guarantee precise and appealing product listings.
• Accurately and efficiently upload and maintain product listings.
• Organize and oversee product information for both existing and upcoming product ranges.
• Examine product details, descriptions, images, and specifications to ensure they are accurate and consistent.
• Monitor and respond to product update requests from Customer Service and internal stakeholders.
• Assess how products are displayed on website listing pages and product detail pages.
• Identify and report any issues related to product data, imagery, formatting, or functionality.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations teams to address product-related issues.
• Conduct basic research on new products and support catalogue expansion efforts.
• Execute minor image editing tasks such as resizing, cropping, scaling, or adjusting product images.
• Review AI-assisted catalogue uploads for accuracy, completeness, formatting, duplication, and missing information.
• Identify opportunities to enhance catalogue quality, processes, and data accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, product databases, CMS platforms, or back-end systems.
• Basic knowledge of image editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in reviewing automated or AI-generated outputs critically.
• Nice to Have: Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or catalogue management.
• Understanding of online product listings and digital merchandising.
• Passion for fashion, footwear, streetwear, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Flexible part-time schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week.
