CAT Claims Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing claims adjusters to guarantee that catastrophe claims are processed efficiently and promptly.

• Ensure claims are managed in line with available coverage and that relevant procedures, laws, and regulations are adhered to.

• Supervise a team of claims handlers and regularly provide feedback concerning their performance and goal progress.

• Engage in the development and oversight of Frontline’s catastrophe claim operations.

• Maintain effective communication with other departments, including Underwriting, Sales, and Information Technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in claims management is required.

• Must obtain and retain Adjuster’s Licenses in all states where Frontline operates within 90 days of employment.

• Ability to travel via commercial or personal means to CAT sites, as necessary, to assist or manage the catastrophe response.
