Casting Specialist – Content Moderation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate user-generated content as well as verification details to confirm the legitimacy of users and job listings.

• Identify when further information or verification is necessary and liaise with job posters to gather pertinent details.

• Detect and eliminate scams, hazardous content, and inappropriate postings, escalating issues when required.

• Assess user authenticity through background checks, identification, independent research, investigations, and verification documentation.

• Monitor system-generated alerts concerning client and job poster activities and decide on suitable actions.

• Investigate scam allegations and reports of inappropriate behavior, determining if clients should be removed from the platform.

• Edit and optimize job postings to align with organizational goals.

• Manage incoming job post ticket queues, prioritizing based on significance and timeliness.

• Source missing data and input job details from employers and third parties for publication.

• Educate and support clients on job posting and application management tools.

• Address customer service issues that require specialized casting knowledge.

• Guide and train clients on casting tools while troubleshooting any problems.

• Collaborate with customer service, account management, and business development teams.

• Conduct research projects and triage escalated customer service tickets related to job listings.

• Review job database reports to pinpoint jobs that need attention, reclassification, or early expiration.

• Assist teammates with training, troubleshooting, and handling escalated cases.

• Perform additional assigned responsibilities and tasks.

• Proven experience managing high volumes of specialized content and users.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven.

• Ability to evaluate information and make independent judgments.

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills tailored to various personalities and levels of seniority.

• Exceptional copy-editing, fact-checking, proofreading, and research abilities.

• Proficient in data entry, account management, and client support.

• Technical proficiency with online casting and hiring technologies, including the ability to explain them effectively.

• Strong analytical skills to compile and interpret data and assess content validity.

• Knowledge of film, television, theater, commercial production, performing arts, marketing, and casting, or a willingness to learn.

• Availability for a schedule from 12AM to 9AM.
