Cash Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Restock ATM cash supplies

• Conduct cash extractions from ATMs and Smart Safes

• Deliver coin supplies and manage deposits

• Adhere to all cash handling and security protocols

• Accurately and efficiently fulfill route assignments

• Resolve ATM malfunctions

• Refill receipt paper

• Execute machine diagnostics

• Restart equipment as needed

• Implement software updates

• Refer complex issues to the specialized technical support team

• Cultivate strong customer relationships

• Address customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Effectively communicate with dispatch and operational teams

• Complete all service documentation with accuracy and punctuality

• Conduct first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment within the designated area

• Operate independently while integrating customer service, cash management, route operations, and basic troubleshooting tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid Driver's License

• Clean driving record

• Capability to lift and maneuver equipment as necessary

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks

• Preferred: Experience in cash handling

• Preferred: Experience in route-based service

• Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting background

• Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing field environment

• Ability to satisfactorily perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Capacity to meet the specified physical demands, including lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, sitting, manipulating, reaching, climbing, crawling, squatting/kneeling, and bending
