This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Record questions and requests, communicate resolutions, and update records.
• Follow up with clients and conduct additional research as needed.
• Maintain communication with clients until their requests are resolved.
• Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries related to HR processes.
• Perform basic administrative processing and transaction approvals.
• Educate associates about company practices and tools.
• Offer documentation support by managing incoming and outgoing forms.
• Identify and resolve client issues while anticipating their needs.
• Meet key performance metrics, such as call resolution rates.
• A general educational background in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or related areas.
• Typically acquired through a four-year program resulting in a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Generally, 1 to 3 years of related experience in a similar role or in HR administration or customer service is required.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors is an asset.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
