This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Professionally and courteously handle incoming calls from patients
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for patients
• Follow up with patients concerning intake forms and any pending documentation
• Maintain precise patient records within the EMR system (Tebra)
• Address general inquiries from patients while providing outstanding customer service
• Inform patients about scheduling changes and documentation requirements
• Carry out general administrative and clerical tasks as necessary
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality at all times
• At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Scheduler, Medical Receptionist, or in a comparable healthcare administrative position
• Proficiency in using Tebra EMR is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer service abilities and professional telephone etiquette
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
