This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
• Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to protocols to evaluate priorities and dispatch appropriate responses.
• Deliver empathetic customer support utilizing both scripted and unscripted replies.
• Supervise a significant volume of medical alerts and alarms, providing sincere care during potentially high-stress circumstances.
• Record details of calls, dispatches, and messages in a database in real-time while maintaining focus and precision.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for our members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report any issues to facilitate timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about and suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Manage access to highly sensitive materials while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Engage in simultaneous talking and typing while efficiently navigating multiple screens and systems.
• Successfully complete onboarding training and pass all necessary compliance assessments.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 0–1 years of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center or healthcare environment.
• Competent typing skills (35 WPM).
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to efficiently switch between multiple screens and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure circumstances.
• A self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
