This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Perform behavioral and functional analytic assessments aimed at recognizing caregiver strengths, needs, and potential intervention opportunities during daily routines.
• Create and supervise personalized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans that emphasize functional, significant outcomes and teaching within natural environments.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and immediate feedback to caregivers to enhance the effective application of intervention strategies.
• Work closely with families to establish meaningful, attainable goals while fostering caregiver competence and confidence in aiding their child's development.
• Track progress for both clients and caregivers, modify treatment plans as necessary, and ensure decisions are based on data gathered from caregivers and sessions.
• Simplify clinical concepts into straightforward, actionable guidance that caregivers can consistently apply in daily situations.
• Keep precise and timely records of services, caregiver progress, and client outcomes.
• Plan for the generalization, maintenance, and appropriate discharge by ensuring caregivers can independently apply essential strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations alongside organizational policies and procedures.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working with pediatric populations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting functional assessments and developing and managing behavior intervention plans.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telehealth supervision.
• Deep knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly in chat-based formats.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with technology, including data systems, telehealth platforms, and digital tools.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
• Availability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT.
