Case Manager – Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Evaluate patient requirements and create customized care strategies.

• Facilitate care coordination among providers, services, and healthcare environments.

• Oversee comprehensive care for oncology patients throughout their healthcare experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of residence.

• 3-5 years of experience in acute oncology nursing.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical decision-making skills.

• Capability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Effectiveness in working with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

• Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) or equivalent is required.

• Chemotherapy certification is necessary.

• Direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of the computer.

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.

• A quiet, secure, and private designated home workspace compliant with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines.

• Must work within the state and city of current residence.

• Ability to set up and utilize multiple monitors and navigate various applications simultaneously.

• Proficient in communicating via email, calendar invites, Teams messaging, and virtual meetings.

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications or similar Google Workspace tools.

• Capability to log in to secure systems such as VPN and EHR portals.

• Ability to lock a computer screen when unattended, manage strong passwords, and identify suspicious emails or links.

• Competence in resolving common technical issues independently.

• Willingness to acquire new skills as the workplace evolves.
