Case Manager – Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assume full ownership and accountability for the cases allocated to you

• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their treatment process

• Liaise with insurance companies and healthcare providers

• Work in tandem with attorneys and colleagues to guarantee outstanding case management

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

• Collect, document, and organize case-related information

• Execute administrative duties associated with case management

• Keep well-organized records and case files

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Native Spanish speaker

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken

• Computer proficiency

• Over 1 year of experience in Personal Injury law

• More than 1 year of office work experience
