This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the main point of contact for families and RBTs during active services.
• Organize and address scheduling changes, call-outs, cancellations, and various daily operational challenges.
• Proactively engage with parents, caregivers, and staff to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Recruiting, Scheduling, Billing, and Authorizations teams to ensure seamless case management.
• Order materials for clients and oversee expenditures within designated client budgets.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of CentralReach and offer initial support for system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Elevate system issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Monitor ongoing cases to identify risks to client or staff retention and implement proactive measures.
• Keep precise case documentation and ensure that all case information is current.
• Foster strong relationships with families and staff while providing outstanding customer service throughout the client's ABA experience.
• Prior experience in ABA, healthcare, case management, client services, care coordination, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned cases.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
