This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and oversee all relationships with telecommunications carriers and aggregators, including ILEC, CLEC, wireless, and wholesale providers.
• Act as the main escalation point for carrier outages, recurring issues, and service disputes.
• Manage and oversee carrier SLAs, encompassing restoration times, ticket aging, and the effectiveness of escalations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on carrier performance metrics and trends.
• Negotiate carrier contracts, renewals, pricing modifications, and service credits.
• Collaborate with Voice, Network, Operations, and Sales Engineering teams to facilitate customer delivery and resolve issues.
• Generate and deliver KPI and performance reports pertaining to carrier services.
• Over 5 years of experience working with telecommunications carriers or service providers.
• In-depth understanding of voice, data, and transport services.
• Experience in managing carrier escalations, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.
