This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Develop and oversee strategic relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) across various regions.
• Serve as the main liaison between CloudCom and the operator teams, including technical, commercial, legal, and security departments.
• Lead the onboarding process for operators in relation to Open Gateway / Network API activation.
• Promote the use of Network APIs, which encompass:
• - Number Verification
• - SIM Swap Detection
• - KYC & Identity APIs
• - Device Status & Line Status
• - Silent Authentication
• Establish commercial models such as revenue sharing, per-transaction fees, and success-based pricing.
• Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with operators and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate closely with GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA standards.
• Ensure that operator implementations are consistent with CAMARA API specifications.
• Represent CloudCom at industry forums, operator workshops, and partner meetings.
• Work in conjunction with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams.
• Convert operator network capabilities into APIs that are ready for developers.
• Aid in roadmap planning based on operator readiness and market demands.
• Provide support to operators in the following areas:
• - Security and compliance alignment
• - API Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational readiness
• - Regulatory aspects (KYC, privacy, consent)
• Facilitate pilots, proofs of concept, and commercial rollouts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in carrier relations, telecom partnerships, or wholesale telecommunications.
• Strong comprehension of Mobile Network Operator environments.
• Practical experience with Network APIs, CPaaS, or telco digital platforms.
• Familiarity with GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA APIs, or a strong desire to learn.
• Capability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience collaborating with global operators and cross-regional teams.
• Background in:
• - Identity & Authentication APIs
• - Telco security standards (OAuth2, OIDC, CIBA)
• - Network Exposure concepts (NEF, network slicing, identity APIs)
• Experience in CPaaS, fintech, or digital identity solutions.
• Prior participation in operator API monetization initiatives.
