This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated carrier partners on a daily basis.
• Foster strong, trustworthy relationships through proactive and responsive account management.
• Comprehend carrier goals and guarantee prompt resolution of requests and operational challenges.
• Aid in the onboarding and implementation processes for new carrier partnerships.
• Support process enhancement and strategic initiatives.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with carriers and provide status updates.
• Convey priorities, escalations, feedback, and action plans effectively.
• Handle issue escalations by coordinating resources across functions to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Call Center, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams to implement carrier initiatives.
• Collect and relay carrier feedback to enhance processes, products, and partner satisfaction.
• Keep precise account documentation, project schedules, and communication records.
• Ensure that contractual obligations, implementation milestones, and service commitments are fulfilled.
• Identify chances to enhance account health, boost carrier engagement, and generate additional revenue.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Partner Success, or a related client-facing position.
• Proven experience in managing ongoing client or partner relationships in a dynamic, process-oriented environment.
• Exceptional relationship management and customer service abilities.
• Capability to establish credibility and trust with both external and internal partners.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects at once.
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Ironclad, and SharePoint is advantageous.
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Health insurance, Medicare, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Health Care Reform is a plus.
