This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and nurture robust relationships with global mobile carriers, spearheading negotiations to secure advantageous agreements.
• Direct and manage contract negotiations to enhance pricing, service offerings, and technology integrations.
• Partner with internal teams to efficiently execute and uphold carrier agreements.
• Regularly evaluate market trends, carrier performance, and partnership effectiveness to foster strategic enhancements.
• Ensure the smooth execution of comprehensive carrier management, from onboarding to contract renewal, minimizing inefficiencies.
• At least 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or carrier relations within the telecommunications sector.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record in contract management with international mobile carriers.
• In-depth knowledge of MNO, MVNO, and MVNE business models.
• Experience in analyzing business performance metrics and leading strategic initiatives.
• Proficient in English (C1 level required); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in dynamic, global, and multicultural work environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
