• Facilitate personalized orientations for our Caregivers to inform them about the benefits available, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of options, enrollment procedures, and how to maximize their benefits.
• Manage accrual status and process sick time via Empeon and Medflyt, as necessary.
• Timely completion of employment verifications using Salesforce, Empeon, and Knowledge Base to obtain accurate information.
• Provide clear call summaries through detailed notes on Talk Desk, including defined action items for necessary follow-up.
• Utilize the FlexFacts portal to assist with reimbursements and fund allocation.
• Handle Commuter Benefit forms.
• Manage HRA deposits.
• Complete email cases assigned to you in the Salesforce database within 24 to 48 hours.
• Respond to calls received on the shared line, ensuring first contact resolution is achieved.
• Capable of navigating multiple platforms in a dynamic environment.
• Exhibit the ability to handle difficult conversations and address callers' concerns with empathy and compassion.
• Consistently fulfill internal service level agreements and metrics.
• Over 1 year of pertinent experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call setting.
• Demonstrated history of strong customer focus and adaptability in a high call volume atmosphere.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage diverse audiences.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, including empathy, active listening, and patience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Demonstrates proficiency with all tools and resources relevant to the role, with a significant reliance on Excel.
