This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Facilitate personalized orientations for our Caregivers to inform them about the benefits available, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of options, enrollment procedures, and how to maximize their benefits.
β’ Manage accrual status and process sick time via Empeon and Medflyt, as necessary.
β’ Timely completion of employment verifications using Salesforce, Empeon, and Knowledge Base to obtain accurate information.
β’ Provide clear call summaries through detailed notes on Talk Desk, including defined action items for necessary follow-up.
β’ Utilize the FlexFacts portal to assist with reimbursements and fund allocation.
β’ Handle Commuter Benefit forms.
β’ Manage HRA deposits.
β’ Complete email cases assigned to you in the Salesforce database within 24 to 48 hours.
β’ Respond to calls received on the shared line, ensuring first contact resolution is achieved.
β’ Capable of navigating multiple platforms in a dynamic environment.
β’ Exhibit the ability to handle difficult conversations and address callers' concerns with empathy and compassion.
β’ Consistently fulfill internal service level agreements and metrics.
β’ Over 1 year of pertinent experience in a similar role.
β’ Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call setting.
β’ Demonstrated history of strong customer focus and adaptability in a high call volume atmosphere.
β’ Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage diverse audiences.
β’ A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, including empathy, active listening, and patience.
β’ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
β’ Technical proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.
β’ Demonstrates proficiency with all tools and resources relevant to the role, with a significant reliance on Excel.
