📋 Description

• Provide engaging and personalized virtual instruction customized to each student's career path, technical proficiency, and distinct learning profile.

• Develop organized lesson plans that adhere to career cluster standards, workforce readiness objectives, and preparation for applicable industry certifications or technical credentials.

• Modify instruction in real-time based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, incorporating real-world industry elements into the virtual classroom.

• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families, educational institutions, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Experience in working with students who have specific educational needs.

• Capability to design and implement lesson plans that align with student objectives and accommodations.

• Strong skills in virtual instruction — proficiency with video conferencing tools, digital whiteboards, and maintaining student engagement online.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, webcam, and a quiet work environment.

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is an advantage.
