Career Success Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions with a cohort of approximately 60 assigned learners.

• Participate in weekly CSC pod meetings.

• Monitor learner interactions and track job search advancement.

• Prioritize communication through Slack and email.

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on professional development deliverables.

• Identify and disseminate job opportunities.

• Attend professional development sessions throughout the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in career development or coaching.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for executive-level interactions.

• Proven ability to build trusting relationships and provide effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers.

• Experience in delivering career coaching in a fully remote setting.

• High level of technical proficiency and an ability to adapt to new tools and technologies effortlessly.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
