Care Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in daily communications with providers or partners who refer patients to Brightside.

• Manage inquiries via phone and email.

• Collaborate directly with providers or partners to address non-clinical service questions or concerns.

• Ensure that incoming inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Provide support through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Manage approximately four hours of inbound phone calls each day.

• Escalate and/or triage issues when necessary.

• Exhibit active listening skills and demonstrate patience towards existing and potential customers.

• Engage with various teams to offer assistance and information.

• Resolve both routine and complex issues, escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a call center, pharmacy, medical office, or a fast-paced startup.

• A service-oriented mindset; ability to communicate with empathy, clarity, and kindness to both customers and team members.

• Strong proactive problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to take initiative and succeed in a semi-structured, dynamic work environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, assessing problems, and providing thoughtful solutions.

• A passion for assisting mental health care patients in accessing necessary care.

• Motivation to create a positive impact.

• A BA/BS degree is preferred.
