Care Professional – Consultant for Household Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support for employees and caregivers in everyday services as per § 45a SGB XI.

• Guidance in clinical nursing – providing advice and instruction on professional inquiries and care situations.

• Psychosocial assistance – serving as a knowledgeable contact in challenging circumstances during the workday.

• Participation in case discussions – engaging in case reviews, team meetings, and expert conferences.

• Training and development support – aiding in training and professional growth initiatives.

• Quality enhancement – contributing professional insights to improve the quality of our services.

• Documentation – ensuring clear and traceable records of services rendered.

• Flexible service delivery – available in-person, via phone, and digitally; exclusive digital work is not intended.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a care professional (e.g., social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, social pedagogue, special needs educator, physician, B.A. Gerontology, gerontologist, B.A. Social Work, qualified nurse, health care nurse, registered nurse, elderly care nurse, pediatric nurse, curative education nurse, occupational therapist, specialist in gerontopsychiatric care, household operations manager, master of household management, master building cleaner).

• Professional experience in the nursing or health sector – proficient in guidance, consulting, and professional exchange.

• Quality conscious – commitment to professional standards and quality assurance.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and organized work methods.

• Very good proficiency in German, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
