Care Partner Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with current Care Partner clinics through consistent visits, phone calls, and touchpoints.

• Enhance retention and engagement by analyzing each clinic's case sharing behaviors, identifying challenges, and recognizing growth possibilities.

• Spot and implement expansion opportunities with current partners.

• Provide in-person training and consultations at clinic sites to showcase Truss Vet's offerings.

• Monitor and evaluate Care Partner visit frequency and engagement metrics to uncover trends and potential opportunities.

• Diligently document processes and pertinent information related to care partner relationship management.

• Proactively identify weakened relationships — partners whose case sharing behaviors have altered or ceased.

• Monitor Key Metrics across Truss Veterinary clinics and their care partners: Volume of transferred cases, changes in partner behavior or patterns, case types, and acuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professionals with experience in relationship management (e.g., Client Success Managers, Sales Representatives, Strategic Partnership Leads, Account Executives) who are interested in the animal health sector, with a background in veterinary or healthcare industries.

• A basic capability to track metrics, analyze trends, and leverage data to guide strategy is advantageous (no advanced analytics required; proficiency in Excel is sufficient).
