This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients and referral partners through various communication methods including phone and email.
• Address inquiries, provide answers, and assist families in understanding Nolia’s services and programs.
• Evaluate the needs of caregivers and patients, recognize challenges, and help determine the most suitable care pathway.
• Establish trust with families by offering empathetic, knowledgeable, and prompt support during emotionally challenging situations.
• Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound communications while ensuring a compassionate, high-quality experience for every family.
• Achieve individual and team objectives related to call activity, response times, appointment scheduling, and program enrollment.
• Monitor and manage opportunities within our CRM to guarantee timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
• Over 2 years of experience in customer service, client success, inside sales, care coordination, patient access, or operational support roles.
• Experience with older adults, family caregivers, healthcare organizations, behavioral health, social services, or care delivery settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care, caregiving challenges, aging-related conditions, or healthcare navigation is advantageous.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly expanding organization is a plus.
