Care Advisor, Care Concierge – Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support benefit recipients in navigating the product platform

• Suggest service offerings and assist in completing orders

• Use assessments and community resources to meet care journey objectives

• Carry out administrative responsibilities to aid in planning and organizing benefits

• Respond to inbound calls and help with conducting assessments

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is preferred

• Experience in Public/Community Health or a related field is preferred

• Strong passion for enhancing health outcomes

• Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of clerical functions

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated experience in handling inbound calls

• Capability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age
