📋 Description

• Act as a vital link among Sales, Marketing, Service, Clinical Applications, and Operations.

• Convert business objectives into actionable programs that enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and facilitate relationships with third-party vendors and channel partners within CVUS.

• Supervise the inventory, allocation, utilization, and fulfillment processes of CVUS demos.

• Collaborate with Virtual Sales and Marketing to create targeted initiatives for current customers and the existing installed base.

• Aid in enhancing sales-force effectiveness and productivity strategies, covering areas such as resource distribution, territory management, sales incentives, commercial planning, forecasting, and business-review protocols.

• Spot opportunities to streamline processes, boost productivity, and improve execution within the CVUS commercial team.

• Formulate solutions that extend beyond conventional processes when unique business demands arise.

• Operate efficiently across various functions and organizational tiers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven capacity to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Skills in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established expertise in project management.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if required.
