This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Drives sales within the designated territory.
• Engages with customers through both face-to-face interactions and virtual platforms.
• Develops and executes effective business and territory call plans; adeptly identifies and implements live/virtual engagement strategies with customers to enhance overall effectiveness and impact.
• Builds strong rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings; uses judgment to maintain customer engagement by effectively utilizing existing and evolving digital tools for successful interactions.
• Understands and leverages internal reports and analytics to assist in the identification, development, and implementation of strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly utilizes product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on the value proposition of unbranded and branded products for relevant patient populations, and effectively employs approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources, as applicable.
• Exhibits strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and further Pfizer’s objectives.
• Completes all administrative tasks punctually and in compliance with company policies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas, OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience: Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Ownership or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.), Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal), Full-Time Military experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from being hired.
