Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the accounts receivable process from invoicing to the collection of payments.

• Timely preparation and dispatch of invoices to clients.

• Address customer billing inquiries and resolve any invoice discrepancies.

• Keep track of outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, and account statements regarding unpaid invoices.

• Accurately process and allocate customer payments.

• Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts and bank statements.

• Generate accounts receivable and aging reports.

• Utilize ERP and accounting systems for managing billing, collections, and reporting.

• Employ Microsoft Excel for record maintenance and report preparation.

• Assist with audit requests and contribute to other finance-related tasks as necessary.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable supporting APAC regions.

• Familiarity with Xero accounting software or, at the very least, a working knowledge of it.

• Experience in invoicing, collections, payment allocation, and reconciliations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders within the IT sector is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

• Openness to performing additional duties as assigned.
