Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the accounts receivable process from invoicing through to payment collection.

• Timely preparation and dispatch of invoices to clients.

• Address customer billing inquiries and rectify invoice discrepancies.

• Track outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with customers.

• Engage with customers via email, phone calls, and account statements concerning unpaid invoices.

• Accurately process and allocate customer payments.

• Conduct reconciliations for customer accounts and bank statements.

• Generate accounts receivable and aging reports.

• Utilize ERP and accounting systems for managing billing, collections, and reporting.

• Employ Microsoft Excel to maintain records and create reports.

• Assist with audit requests and provide support for other finance-related tasks as necessary.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable supporting APAC regions.

• Familiarity with Xero accounting software or a working knowledge of it.

• Proficient in invoicing, collections, payment allocation, and reconciliations.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders within the IT sector is advantageous.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.

• Availability to work from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.
