This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with a variety of health care customers, including cardiologists, primary care providers, and other health care professionals.
• Interact with diverse health care environments, such as physician offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
• Formulate and implement a territory-specific business strategy in accordance with company policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated with current product knowledge and maintain certifications relevant to the company’s offerings.
• Conduct balanced and compliant discussions about product sales with health care providers and business professionals, ensuring alignment of customer needs with company products based on product labeling.
• Provide management with regular updates regarding customer requirements, market dynamics, and progress towards quality objectives.
• Assess business performance against targets using company tools to facilitate effective planning and sales impact.
• S1 Level: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• S2 Level: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of a high school diploma accompanied by at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Capable of analyzing complex data and utilizing insights to formulate strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
• Demonstrated success in both educational and professional contexts, showcasing strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently, with superior organizational and time management abilities, and collaboratively within team-oriented environments.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Exhibit a strong aptitude for building and maintaining customer relationships by effectively understanding and addressing their needs.
• Reside within the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro areas, or within 75 miles for non-metro territories; candidates outside these distances must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
