This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a business plan for the territory to enhance Flyrcado's market share, collaborating with Hospitals, Imaging Centers, Cardiac Centers, Mobile Imaging, DOD, and VA facilities to promote Flyrcado.
• Responsible for meeting the quarterly and annual Operating Plan for the territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Comprehend product differentiators and position Flyrcado as the preferred choice by utilizing high clinical expertise and regularly engaging with Marketing Assets and Education Programs to raise awareness of Flyrcado.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Imaging Centers and Cardiologists by gaining a deeper understanding of their objectives, equipment, and workflows.
• Identify key referring Cardiologists, foster relationships, and effectively influence decision-making criteria to boost awareness and usage of Flyrcado.
• Manage multiple projects and focus on high-impact opportunities; track Performance Dashboards to evaluate, interpret, and execute actionable sales strategies; prioritize customers and delegate responsibilities.
• Work in conjunction with market access support teams to enhance payor contract implementation and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Partner with pharmacy channel associates and GE PDx Application Specialists teams to achieve customer product delivery goals, educational requirements, and expectations.
• Conduct pre-call planning and in-call inquiries to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and enhance utilization.
• Assess territory plan performance and results, collaborating on subsequent action steps with both internal and external partners across functions.
• Engage in virtual selling and cold calling to both new and existing targets; live meetings with customers are encouraged whenever feasible.
• Provide pricing strategies, engage in price negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
• Forecast orders and sales for the assigned territory and submit weekly progress reports.
• Represent the organization at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote GEHC products and the company.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in a healthcare facility, including contracting and engaging with physicians and office staff.
• Proven track record of sales success, including the development, organization, and execution of territory plans, achieving and surpassing sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competition through effective prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a highly matrixed environment and managing large accounts preferred.
• Willingness to reside within the territory and commit to at least 30% overnight travel based on business needs, including some weekends, typically associated with trade show participation.
