📋 Description

• Assist in crafting customized sales quotes and proposals.

• Respond swiftly to client inquiries and deliver precise information regarding Soum’s services.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.

• Organize and manage customer information to enhance communication and service delivery.

• Accurately process customer orders without delay.

• Ensure all orders align with Soum’s internal policies and standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.

• Gather, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

• Generate insightful sales reports and dashboards for management review.

• Monitor and communicate customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Adhere to Soum’s policies and compliance standards throughout all sales activities.

• Ensure all processes conform to company and industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the Saudi Accent (mandatory).

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
