This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the capture strategy and implementation for strategic pursuits involving DoD and IC clients, from initial qualification to award.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities that align with Tiberius's programs and technical roadmap, including making bid/no-bid recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and execute capture plans that encompass customer engagement strategies, win themes, competitive positioning, teaming approaches, and price-to-win inputs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with program offices, requirements, and acquisition stakeholders prior to formal solicitations.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to track incumbents, potential competitors, past performance, and pricing trends to create a winning strategy.
• Identify and negotiate teaming arrangements with primes, subcontractors, and industry partners to address capability gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and program teams to translate customer needs into a compelling and technically credible solution.
• Assist in the proposal development process by shaping win themes, reviewing compliance, and contributing to proposal sections as necessary.
• Monitor and report on pursuit status, pipeline, and capture milestones through the CRM, in coordination with the RevOps Manager.
• Represent Tiberius at industry events, technical forums, and customer meetings.
• Lead gate reviews (qualify, pursue, propose, submit) with clear go/no-go criteria and executive approval.
• Develop win themes and differentiators based on Tiberius's actual technical advantages rather than generic value propositions.
• Organize black-hat and competitive assessment sessions prior to major pursuits.
• Maintain an active capture pipeline with accurate data on stage, value, probability, and next actions.
• Collaborate with contracts and finance to devise pricing strategies and ensure cost realism for significant pursuits.
• Over 5 years of experience in capture management within DoD or IC acquisition environments.
• Proven success in shaping and winning defense programs from early pursuits to program of record.
• In-depth understanding of DoD/IC acquisition pathways: FAR/DFARS, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, MTA, IDIQ, and transitions to program of record.
• Experience in developing and negotiating teaming agreements with primes, subs, and industry collaborators.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with government, industry, and internal technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including comfort in presenting to senior government and executive audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal structure, creating processes as needed.
