This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead and shape large, intricate capture initiatives for technology-driven projects.
• Act as the primary accountable capture leader for significant pursuits ranging from $10M to over $100M.
• Combine customer engagement, competitive analysis, solution development, partnership strategies, pricing tactics, and proposal delivery.
• Foster and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders within the EP and Tech sectors.
• Oversee customer engagement activities, including influence on requirements, insights into acquisition strategies, and early-stage solution positioning.
• Generate new project opportunities with strategic partners and formulate plans from pursuit to closure.
• Formulate and implement winning strategies, including strategies for displacing incumbents.
• Perform competitive intelligence gathering and Black Hat analysis.
• Establish differentiators, value propositions, and winning themes aligned with operational results, compliance, and impact.
• Propel the integration of technical solutions and partners.
• Supervise proposal development and set up governance, milestone reviews, and executive participation.
• Ensure proposals meet compliance standards, are operationally credible, and stand out across technical, management, and pricing sections.
• Manage bid/no-bid decisions, capture budgets, and investment strategies for assigned pursuits.
• Collaborate with pricing and finance teams to devise competitive and feasible pricing strategies.
• Identify and address programmatic, technical, compliance, and performance risks.
• Provide briefings and advice to growth and practice leadership on capture strategies, win probabilities, and investment risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop capture managers, proposal managers, and business development professionals.
• Promote capture discipline, best practices, and ongoing improvements for future opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8-10 years of consulting and advisory experience with EP clients.
• 5-10 years of experience in captures exceeding $10M.
• 8-10 years of experience in technology implementation.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience with Guidehouse EP is preferred.
• Experience with Guidehouse Tech is preferred.
• A Master's or advanced degree is considered a plus.
