This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee and enhance the likelihood of success for contracting opportunities.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of opportunities across diverse contract vehicles.
• Implement capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with the winning strategy and client priorities.
• Perform research, opportunity analysis, and competitor evaluations to bolster positioning.
• Contribute to the Mind Computing knowledge base regarding identified key clients.
• Organize internal gate reviews, status reporting, and guarantee that capture artifacts are thorough and actionable.
• Collaborate with solution, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to develop compliant and persuasive responses.
• Support teaming strategies, partner coordination, and subcontractor involvement.
• Assist in providing pricing inputs, win themes, and the development of value propositions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting throughout the capture lifecycle.
• Proactively manage the opportunity pipeline; ensure precision and uphold data integrity within the Mind Computing CRM system.
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a collaborative spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in full cycle capture management or federal capture support.
• Experience in supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.
• Experience in participating in capture gate reviews and color team processes.
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Shipley or APMP certification is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Previous Government/Federal experience.
• Experience supporting projects within SAFe/Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Capability to obtain a government clearance.
