This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee and actively enhance the likelihood of success for contracting opportunities; manage the entire lifecycle of opportunities across diverse contract vehicles.
• Implement capture strategies for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with winning strategies and customer priorities.
• Perform research, opportunity evaluations, and competitor analyses to bolster positioning.
• Contribute to the Mind Computing repository of knowledge regarding identified key clients.
• Coordinate internal gate reviews, status updates, and ensure that capture artifacts are complete and actionable.
• Work collaboratively with solution, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams to craft compliant and compelling responses.
• Support teaming strategies, partner coordination, and engagement with subcontractors.
• Assist in developing pricing inputs, win themes, and value propositions.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting throughout the capture lifecycle.
• Actively manage the opportunity pipeline; ensure accuracy and uphold data integrity in the Mind Computing CRM system.
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of direct, hands-on experience in capture management or federal capture support.
• Preferred experience supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies.
• Familiarity with the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.
• Experience in participating in capture gate reviews and color team processes.
• Understanding of federal health IT domains, including application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office applications.
