This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Take full responsibility for proposal execution from start to finish on standard-tier pursuits, encompassing responses, compliance matrices, portal Q&A, and submission.
• Develop and manage agentic tools that create and oversee responses based on approved source materials.
• Establish the answer library and playbook for consistent pursuit responses.
• Coordinate efforts among Product, Legal, Security, Pricing, and Customer Success teams to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate gate reviews and after-action evaluations.
• Sustain an AI-supported knowledge base.
• Investigate customers, competitors, and requirements to refine win strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Capture Director, Head of Global Deal Desk, regional VPs, account directors, Product, Legal, Security, and Finance.
• Produce major tender first drafts within five working days, mid-size RFP/RFQ/workbook responses within five business days, sole-source letters or pricing narratives within 24 hours, and add first-time answers to the library within 24 hours.
• Outstanding writing capabilities; adept at simplifying complex materials and addressing requirements as specified.
• Authentic proficiency with AI tools; skilled in building with AI, determining suitable model ownership, and evaluating answer accuracy.
• Capacity to tackle ambiguous challenges and transform a 700-question workbook into a structured plan.
• Highly organized under pressing deadlines and capable of managing several high-stakes workstreams.
• Ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
• Enthusiasm for establishing and taking ownership of a new function.
• Nice to have: experience in capture, proposals, bids, or RFP responses within commercial, public-sector, or government contracting.
• Nice to have: knowledge of blockchain, crypto, fintech, compliance, national security, or law enforcement.
• Nice to have: APMP membership or equivalent.
• Nice to have: proficiency in additional languages.
